The front desk staff was lovely and the beds were super comfortable. The heat ac machine was a little loud. Thankfully we brought our own fans to muffle the sound. The hotel is in need of a makeover as the paint, rooms and bathrooms look dirty

It was a delight to be greeted by Sebastian when checking in. He was very polite, hospitable and respectful. I hope this hotel appreciates him. Rooms were nice and clean. Carpet a little dated, not a deal breaker. A warning for fellow travelers, there are trains running in the area. The only time it bothered us was 230 am and they did blow the whistle, sounded like it was right outside. Other distant trains were heard around same time but then quiet rest of night. It has a restaurant and bar. Nice pool area and courtyard out back. I would stay again despite the trains.

Hallway smelled like weed. Room felt humid/muggy and smelled dank and "wet" if that makes sense. It felt like I was sleeping in a shower or maybe a gym sock. There was something splattered on the bathroom door, but I couldn't tell what it was. It just didn't feel completely clean. Decorations were basically nonexistent, cold and uninviting. Lighting seemed poor no matter how many lamps you turned on, and the prison grey color scheme in the room didn't help. Carpet looked old and matted down. Not a good experience. Will do my best not to stay here again and would not recommend.

One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was room service. But it is no good if they don't accept a debit card. 'We are only able to accept cash'. They can't add it to the room bill. There is no atm at the hotel. Your room service is useless. Not many people carry that much cash. What a letdown

Second time staying here. I have a Tesla and wish the charging stations were in front of the hotel and visible. I didn’t know there was a charger until a guest saw me and said hey there’s a charger around the corner of the hotel! I booked a 1 bedroom suite. It was huge! Conveniently located off 75 with lots of restaurants nearby.

Great place, great staff at the front desk. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was great, clean and bed was very comfortable. ||Received a 10% off coupon from the front desk staff for the Texas Roadhouse just a block away. (It was below average for Texas Roadhouse). ||Great lace and would recommend staying here!
